PHOTOGRAPHER AND VISUAL ARTIST.

Photography has always pulled me strongly towards it. Sometimes it feels less like I chose the camera and more like it chose me.

I hold a Master of Arts degree from Aalto University and a Master’s-level degree in Fine Art Photography from Turku Arts Academy.

BUT

My background reaches far beyond photography.

I have worked internationally as a Creative Director, co-founded a technology startup and led large-scale creative projects. I have also worked across music industry, films, theatre, live performances and other cultural productions, in many different roles.

All of these experiences have shaped the way I look.

I AM INTERESTED IN WHAT LIES BENEATH THE SURFACE.

The atmosphere.
The character.
The things that are difficult to put into words.

I like to look closely, follow my intuition and dive deeper into what I feel.

That curiosity is at the heart of my photographic work — and the way I work with people.

For me, photography is not only about making an image.

It is about seeing.

And mood.
